I made a little video explaining some triplet stickings for a student of mine. The first group are RLLRLL, LRRLRR then RLLRLLRRLRRL faster and faster. The second is a mix of 8th and 16th notes using R LL R L RR L. Great in all kinds of musical situations. Don't get me started on triplets.
